It's been 38 years since I left Mormonism.
For the first time, today, I thanked God for being eternal, infinite and unmeasurable, by time or any other means. For the first time, I am emotionally grateful that God is not the god of Mormonism.

I rejoice with you, as a brother in Him, in being thankful that He delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption.
I am glad with you, as a member of the body, and happily praise Him who was before all things, and in whom all things hold together.
